Pressing on towards the release of their new album Now Is A Long Time, London-based electronic-pop duo and TMR favourites Otzeki have started 2021 with an uncanny new track. Richer with synthesizers than some of their other recent offerings, including the excellent 'Sweet Sunshine', 'Familiar Feeling' sounds something like a polished collaboration between Kraftwerk and Four Tet. Creating an immersive atmosphere with accidental field recordings captured on a train journey, vocalist Mike Sharp's clean melodies glide seamlessly through the structured sonic melee.
